1. When you contact us, we will schedule a date and time to meet with you.
2. When we meet with you, we will go over the project that you would like our company to do for you.
3. We can help with colors, plans and designs.
4. We will then create a proposal for you and send it out to you via e-mail, fax or mail.
5. Your proposal will be detailed to your job and will include the time frame in which the job can be completed as well as the total cost.
6. When you choose to hire our company, we will have you sign your proposal which becomes the contract and give us 1/3 down for your deposit.
7. We will then schedule your job to ensure that it fits your schedule.
8. We will start your job on the day that we have you scheduled (weather permitting for exterior jobs). We will be on your job from start to finish. We will not start your job and then return at a later time to finish. We complete all jobs in this manner (exteriors with weather permitting).
9. At the end of the job; we will ensure that a complete clean up is done.
10. Once the job is complete; we will do a "walk thru" or a "call back" to ensure that the job was completed to your satisfaction.
